This policy describes data processing when you visit nanoplc.ru and when we handle email enquiries. The legal basis is Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
2. How the email drafting tool works
The fields on this page help you compose a message in your browser. Selecting “Prepare email” does not send data to the company. You can then open your email app or copy the draft to your email service and send it yourself.
The website does not store field contents in a database, cookies or localStorage, or send them to third-party form services. Copying puts text on your device’s clipboard. Data handling in your email app or webmail is also subject to the rules of the service you choose.
3. Purposes, data and legal grounds
We process enquiries to select equipment, prepare replies or proposals, supply documentation or provide technical advice. When an email is received, the data processed includes the sender’s address, message and any voluntarily supplied name, company, phone number, reply-to email and equipment model.
The draft also includes the page URL, permitted campaign source tags where available, and a separate consent statement. You can review all of this information before sending.
Enquiries using the draft require separate consent, with the checkbox initially unselected. Advertising mailings, data sales and public disclosure are outside the purpose of the enquiry. If a contract is subsequently concluded, other legal grounds may apply within the scope of the relevant purpose.
4. Processing activities and access
The controller collects, records, organises, accumulates, stores, updates, retrieves, uses for responding, restricts, deletes and destroys data by automated and manual means. Authorised employees have access only to the extent needed for their work.
Using email and technical service providers requires an appropriate legal basis and documented arrangements with the controller. The company restricts access to business email and protects its accounts.
5. Storage location and retention
The controller must arrange initial recording and storage of enquiry data in databases located in the Russian Federation, in compliance with applicable requirements. Emails are retained until the processing purpose is fulfilled, for no more than 180 calendar days after receipt, unless another lawful basis requires the corresponding retention.
Once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted within the statutory time limits unless another lawful basis applies. The controller arranges deletion of emails, copies and backups.
6. Technical information and external links
When pages load, the hosting provider receives necessary technical information, including IP address, time, requested URL and browser details. Logs may be used to maintain site availability and security. Their contents, retention, access and legal basis depend on the actual hosting configuration and the controller’s documents.
This version uses no advertising pixels, external analytics counters, embedded maps or automatically loaded external fonts. Links to Agroprocessor, Telegram and the cloud drive open third-party services only when you follow them. Those services have their own rules.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent by emailing info@nanoplc.ru and include the address you used to contact us and enough details to locate the correspondence. Do not attach passport documents unless necessary.
The controller responds within the statutory time limits. Processing may continue on another lawful basis only to the extent permitted by that basis. You may contact Roskomnadzor, the Russian supervisory authority, or a court.
8. Changes to this policy
If purposes, email infrastructure, services or enquiry handling methods change, the controller updates this policy and, where necessary, the consent document before the new processing begins.
