How do I identify my device?
Check the label on the enclosure. Send us the full model designation, version and serial number, if available.
Which document should I use for wiring?
Use the agreed technical documentation and wiring diagram for your specific version. If the website and documentation differ, ask the manufacturer for clarification before connecting the device.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the model, when the issue occurs, connected equipment and indicator readings. Do not change fire safety wiring or control sequences without approval from the responsible specialist.
Can you help me choose equipment before I have a specification?
